the Brandenburg Gate, the Chancellor´s Office, the Reichstag and many more can
all be easily reached by foot!
There are also excellent connections to the public transport system within
minutes from the apartment, allowing easy access to the east and west of the

king-size bed.
Pantry-kitchen and a recently tiled, modern bathroom / WC.
The apartment is suitable for 1 – 4 persons.
Furnishing:
1 comfortable king-size bed (180cm x 200cm) and 1 modern sofa-bed (150cm x
200cm) incl. bedlinen / towels.
Cable-TV and dining area for 4 persons. The built-in wardrobe in the bedroom
offers enough space for clothing and luggage.
The modern pantry-kitchen with a counter is equipped with an electric oven and
hob, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery and also a coffee machine and a toaster,
which makes it perfectly suited for self-catering.
House and surrounding area:
The apartment is on the 2nd floor inside one of the most beautiful and famous
houses of the Hansaviertel, the “Finnish House” by Alvar Aalto. The house is
equipped with an elevator, always well kept and quiet. The view from the balcony
into the green of the Tiergarten gives an impression of nature and serenity –
right in the very center of the city!

neighborhood and a shopping center with supermarket, bakery etc. at U-Bhf.
