Location:
All our apartments and vacation rentals are located exceptionally central with excellent access to public transportation. In addition, the Hansaviertel is regarded a good and safe quarter, adjoining the Government and Embassy District.
For all your household needs, there are various local stores and a small shopping center with supermarket, bakery, etc. right at U-Bhf. Hansaplatz.

Furnishings:
Our apartments are furnished tastefully and to high standards. Everything is designed to be convenient, functional and easy to clean. Our beds meet the Eco-Tex Standard.
All apartments are furnished with a modern pantry kitchen, well suited for self-catering. Each one is equipped with an electric oven and hob, a refrigerator, dishes, cutlery and also a coffee machine and a toaster.
All apartments have Cable TV and a modern bathroom and WC ensuite.

Service:
Prior to your arrival, our apartments are professionally cleaned by our qualified personnel.

Bedlinen and 2 towels / person are included free. Upon request, towels may be changed once a week, bedlinen every other week at no extra cost. Additional cleaning of the apartment upon request: 20,- Euros.

The fully equipped pantry kitchen always includes those irritating little things like washing-up liquid or garbage bags. You do not have to buy trifles like that when staying with Apartment-Concept.

In every apartment you will find a service portfolio containing useful information in English and German, as well as the Berlin city guide from the German Automobile Club (sorry, only in German).

Upon request, free parking is available on the compound for our guests.

While staying in Berlin we are always available via phone or E-mail.
