1. General enquiries about Apartment availability:
Simply fill out the enquiry form at the bottom of the page and send it to us by giving your dates and the number of people travelling.

You will receive information about availability of our apartments on the requested dates via E-mail.

2. Apartment reservation:
If you have already made up your mind and chosen one of our Berlin apartments, please click the Link “Check availability for this Apartment” first. Here you can see whether the apartment is available on your dates. Now simply fill out the enquiry form at the bottom of the page and send your reservation by giving the name of the apartment, your dates, and the number of people travelling.

We will reserve your dates immediately by switching the Online Calendar of the apartment to “not available”. You will receive an appropriate booking form by E-mail.

3. Apartment booking:
After receiving the booking form, you simply fill it out, sign it, and fax it back to us. If you do not have access to a fax, kindly confirm your booking via E-mail first, and fax or mail (letter post) the booking form within the next few days.

You will receive a booking confirmation via E-mail as well as further information on check-in and key-handover.
