in Berlin Mitte-Tiergarten. The President’s Garden of Chateau Bellevue and The
Academy of Arts, with itīs innovative and high quality exhibitions, are located
just across the street.
Many renowned sights like the Chateau Bellevue itself, the Victory Column, the
Brandenburg Gate, the Chancellorīs Office, the Reichstag and many more can all
be easily reached by foot.
There are also convenient connections to the major routes of the public
transport system within minutes from the apartment, providing easy access to the

1-room studio-apartment (40,00 mē) with a large balcony. Spacious open plan living and sleeping area with kitchen. Tiled bathroom and WC.
The apartment is suitable for 1 - 3 persons.
Furnishing:
2 comfortable single beds, 90cm x 200cm each, and 1 modern sofa-bed incl. bedlinen / towels.
Cable-TV and dining area for
3 persons. The built-in wardrobe offers enough space for clothing and luggage.
The kitchen is equipped with electric cooking plates, a microwave, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, toaster and a coffee machine, which makes it well suited for self-catering.
House and surrounding area:
The apartment is situated on the 1st floor inside a quiet and
well-kept building with elevator right next to the Tiergarten.
There are various restaurants and stores in the neighborhood as well as a small
shopping center with supermarket, bakery etc. at U-Bhf. Hansaplatz (100 m).
