sleeping area, pantry-kitchen, and tiled shower-bathroom.
The apartment is suitable for 1 - 3 persons.
Furnishing:
1 comfortable king-size bed 180cm x 200cm and 1 modern
sofa-bed incl. bedlinen / towels.
Cable-TV and dining area for 4 persons. The built-in wardrobe in the corridor
offers enough space for clothing and luggage.
The new pantry-kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and ceramic hob,
refrigerator, dishes, cutlery and also a coffee machine and a toaster, which
makes it well suited for self-catering.
House and surrounding area:
The apartment is on the 1st floor inside a quiet and
well-kept building directly by the river Spree.
For your household needs there are various local stores and a small shopping
center with supermarket, bakery etc. at U-Bhf. Hansaplatz (300 m).
