The building at the riverbank is part of the popular “Hansaviertel-Area” in
Berlin Mitte-Tiergarten, well known from the International Builders Fair 1957.
From here many renowned sights like the Chateau Bellvue, the Victory Column,
Potsdamer Platz, the Brandenburg Gate, the Chancellor´s Office, the Reichstag
and many more can all be easily reached
by foot!

minutes from the apartment, allowing easy

Size:
Studio-apartment (38,00 m˛) with a south facing balcony, spacious living and
sleeping area, modern kitchen, and a new
tiled shower-bathroom.
The apartment is suitable for 1 - 3 people.
Furnishing:
1 comfortable king-size bed 180x200cm and 1 modern sofa-bed incl. bedlinen /
towels. Flatscreen cable-TV and a dining area for 4 people. The built-in wardrobe in the
corridor offers enough space for clothing and luggage.
The new kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and a ceramic hob,
refrigerator, dishes, cutlery and also a coffee machine, an electric kettle, and
a toaster which makes it well suited for self-catering.
House and surrounding area:
The apartment is on the 4th floor inside a quiet and well-kept building with
elevator right by the Spree River in Berlin Mitte-Tiergarten.
For your household needs there are various local stores as well as a shopping
center with supermarket, bakery, bank, etc. at
U-Bhf. Hansaplatz (300 m). There are also several Bistros and Restaurants in the
neighbourhood, providing a wide
variety of international food and drink.
